How does it work? Lifestyle Assessment Ltd. offers a fully
mobile service. This differs from many other providers who require
the employee to visit one of a few medical centres around the country.
This seems to instigate a time away from work that the assessments
are supposed to be reducing. We come to you. Wherever your office
or premises are Lifestyle Assessment Ltd. will bring its Mobile
Assessment Unit.
Once on site each employee can be given a time to pop out to the
unit to undergo the assessment.
The assessment happens in two stages, both designed to be as unobtrusive
as possible to the staff. The first stage is merely to collect a
blood sample and a Medical History and Lifestyle Questionnaire that
each employee will have been given previously. This takes about
5 minutes. The blood samples are analysed by professional blood
analysis service providers at a NHS Trust Hospital.
A second visit is then scheduled discuss the findings on an individual
basis with each employee. This takes between 20 and 30 minutes and
provides any recommendations that our qualified staff feel need
to be made. Each employee is provided with a full report.
